Jeffrey P. Radick is the President and Founder of Radick and Company Inc., a prominent full-phase general contracting firm. With a focus on crystallizing visions and implementing goals for both land resources and the built environment, Jeff is the driving force behind the success of many projects. His approach involves fostering team collaboration to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives, and he possesses a unique ability to transform challenges into opportunities.

Jeff’s commitment to the construction industry extends beyond his professional role. He played a pivotal role in the early years of the Montana Builders Industry Association Green Build Council from 2008 to 2010. Furthermore, he served as the President of Homeowners Associations and Architectural Committees for Little Bear HOA from 2003 to 2005, Valley West HOA from 2019 to 2021, and currently serves in the same capacity for Pioneer Crossing HOA since 2022. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Montana State University, reflecting his well-rounded education.

Located at Four Corners on Contractor Drive, Jeff Radick is not only a dedicated professional but also a devoted family man. Proudly raising two boys, Miles and Brenden, with his beautiful and loving wife, Erin McHenry, Jeff finds joy in family activities such as skiing, hunting, and fishing around the Gallatin Valley. His passion for both his work and personal life exemplifies a desire to use his building expertise to support his community one project at a time.
